Both mid-level bedrooms of the home feature en suite bathrooms, queen-size beds fitted with luxurious cotton bed linens, corner closets, and private walkout access to the deck space (easy access to the hot tub!) The spacious master suite is located in the open loft with gorgeous views from every window, a private balcony, large corner desk space, and a king-size bed fitted with luxurious cotton bed linens. Park County is the perfect base camp for all your outdoor activities and adventure in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. * This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects, and rodents may be encountered.
* The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell, or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
