We strive to give our guests the best service possible. Some of the things that make us stand out are:
- We have a staffed office located near our homes in Alma at 29 S. Main Street. If you need assistance during your stay or have any questions, please stop by our office. We would love to meet you!
- We allow flexible check in days and flexible check in hours with our self-check in policy.
- We have own premium pin-striped linens for every home. We use a 3-sheet system with a fitted sheet and two flat sheets so that you never have a blanket or duvet or bedspread against your face. Our linens are shrink-wrapped until the moment they are put on the beds so they are always fresh and clean.
- We have a full-time housekeeping inspector that checks every home prior to your stay.
- We come to each home just before check in time to make sure the heat is perfect and everything is in order which includes leaving goodies for each guest. Our hot tubs are inspected before and after each rental with a photo take of the condition and sent into the office. You will never have to worry about what to expect upon arrival.
- We have our own staff of regular housekeepers so you never have to find a house that is not “up to par”.
- Our office is a wealth of information with brochures and your private concierges to help make your vacation perfect. Just ask us any questions you can think of. If you need a great hiking trail or ATV trail, we can tell you where to go. We are all local from this area.
